Accommodation
:quality(80))
Our priority is bringing all our favourite people together for the whole weekend, so we’ve made sure there’s on-site accommodation for every single one of you legends.
Guests will be staying either in glamping bell tents or in the farmhouse. We’ve already assigned these and will reach out to you directly via WhatsApp with more details, including costs (kept as minimal as possible).
Key details
Accommodation is available from 5:00pm Friday 10 July 2026 until 9:00am Monday 13 July 2026.
We’ll have exclusive access to the Ash Barton Estate all weekend, so feel free to explore and enjoy the grounds at your leisure.
Most importantly, the venue has no curfew and no corkage – meaning the party can go on long into the night, and you’re welcome to bring as much of your own food and drink as you like. There will be no bouncers being menaces here.
The estate is just a 10-minute drive from a big Tesco for any extra supplies, and close to some of Devon’s best beaches (Saunton Sands and Woolacombe) if you want to explore them at any point.
Free parking is available on site for all guests.

Farmhouse
The Ash Barton Estate farmhouse has several rooms which we’ve allocated to guests, with capacities ranging from 2 to 6 people.
The house has plenty of showers and toilets to comfortably cater for everyone. While glamping guests have their own dedicated toilet and shower block, the facilities in the farmhouse will also be available to all guests throughout the weekend.

Glamping bell tents
Don’t worry — you won’t be slumming it Glasto-style or having to drag your own tents to Devon. All tents will be pre-erected and kitted out with everything you need for your stay, including beds, bedding, and lights. While there are plenty of power outlets across the site, we recommend bringing a portable charger and towels. A dead phone means no content — and nobody wants that, do they?
On arrival, you’ll find a tent plan to help you locate yours. Tent sizes vary depending on how many guests are sharing (2, 3, 4, or 6 people). You’ll be pleased to know that alongside the glamping area there’s a building with proper toilets and hot showers that guests have full access to over the weekend — not a portaloo in sight! The farmhouse also has multiple showers and toilets available to everyone, and there’s even a camper pamper room with mirrors and plugs to get yourselves wedding-ready in the morning!
In the event the British weather does us dirty, we recommend bringing umbrellas and appropriate clothing. We can move the ceremony indoors if needed (and the reception is already in the barn), but waterproofs might come in handy when heading between tents and around the venue.

Alternative accommodation
We understand some guests may prefer to stay off-site over the weekend in their own accommodation — no problem at all. There are several great hotels and B&Bs in Braunton and the surrounding villages, which we’d recommend if that’s your choice.
If you’d like to opt out of the pre-allocated on-site accommodation, please let us know in the RSVP so we can reassign it accordingly.
Faqs
You should be able to find answers to most questions here, but if there’s anything else you need, please reach out to us directly.
Ash Barton Estate, Ash Rd, Braunton, EX33 2NP
By car – The venue is around a 3.5-hour drive for those travelling from London, with free guest parking available all weekend. If you’re travelling on Friday evening, be sure to allow extra time for traffic.
By train and taxi – The nearest main station is Barnstaple, around a 15-minute drive from Ash Barton. From there, we recommend booking a local taxi such as B-Line Taxis (01271 322117), Saunton Taxis (07890 543136), Number 4 Taxis (01271 444444), or one of the many other local services.
Guests are welcome to arrive at Ash Barton Estate from 5:00pm on Friday 10 July 2026 for check-in and welcome drinks that evening.
All accommodation is reserved from Friday until Monday, but if you prefer to arrive on Saturday, please arrive no later than 12pm so you can check in before the ceremony, which begins at 1.15pm.
Check-out is at 9:30am on Monday 13 July 2026.
On-site accommodation has been reserved for everyone from 5:00pm Friday 10 July until 9:30am Monday 13 July 2026, as we’ve planned events across the whole weekend. We’ll contact each guest with details and costs for their allocated accommodation, which will either be in the farmhouse or in glamping tents.
Of course, if guests would like to arrange their own accommodation in Braunton, there are plenty of options nearby — though it might make it a little harder to stumble home.
The plan is to hold the ceremony outdoors, but if the British weather has other ideas, the venue has plenty of space to be able to move things indoors.
Since Saturday’s the main event, dress in formal yet fun wedding attire. Bright colours are encouraged, but no bucket hats or bum bags allowed. Save those for the afters.
For Friday and Sunday however, wear whatever you’re most comfortable in — and don’t forget your swimmers for the pool party.
All accommodation includes beds and bedding, but please bring your own towels. While there are lots of power outlets on site, we recommend a portable charger if you’re glamping. (God forbid anyone misses out on any great content).
Wedding Day (Saturday 11th July) – All food and drink will be provided, including continental breakfast, canapés, the wedding breakfast, evening food, and drinks throughout the day.
Welcome Drinks (Friday 10th July) – We’ll provide some drinks on Friday evening, but as you know yourselves best, we encourage you to bring any extras you’d like. This is a no-corkage venue, so there’s no limit on what you bring for the weekend. We’ll also have some snack food on Friday evening, but please arrange your own dinner before arriving.
Sunday Funday (Sunday 12th July) – A food stall will serve a free meal for everyone around 5:00pm. Breakfast leftovers will be available, but for something more substantial earlier in the day, we’d suggest heading into Braunton for brunch/lunch or bringing your own supplies. Sunday’s activities won’t start until around 12:00pm, so there’s plenty of time to recover. Sunday is also BYOB, so bring your own drinks for the pool party and bingo. There’s a big Tesco nearby if you need to restock.
You heard us right. There will be no security or bag checks at the gates — a welcome change.
Nope! There’s no curfew, so the party can continue late into the night. Just try not to peak too early on Friday (you know who you are).
Braunton village has plenty of great places to eat and explore if you’d like a morning outing. The venue is also only a 10-minute drive from some of Devon’s best beaches, like Saunton Sands and Woolacombe, if you fancy a dip in the morning to wash away your sins.
While a number of the guest list act like children, we’re afraid this is an adult only weekend.
Your trip to Devon to celebrate with us is a gift in itself, but if you’d like to give something, we’d hugely appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon. A card box will be available on the wedding day.
We’ll set up a group WhatsApp closer to the time with final information and reminders. In the meantime, please feel free to contact either of us directly with any questions.
Thank you! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
